Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from our electronics shop. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please Note: The seal MUST not be broken.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
  • You must contact us before returning the product to obtain a return authorization number and instructions.
  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service.
  • We will process your refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be subject to availability and shipping charges.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

  • Products that have been customized, modified, or personalized according to your specifications.
  • Products that have been damaged or tampered with by you or a third party.
  • Products that are not in their original packaging or condition. Damage costs may apply to broken seal packages.
  • Products that are no longer in stock or discontinued.

Delivery Policy

We offer fast and reliable delivery service to our customers. We use reputable courier companies to deliver your products to your doorstep. The delivery time and cost may vary depending on your location. This will take 24 -48 hrs after placing your order.

We will provide you with a tracking number and link once your order has been shipped. You can use this to track the status and location of your order at any time. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, please contact us.

We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier company or any other factors beyond our control.

  1. Delivery Times: We offer same-day delivery services for orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays & Saturdays, except Sundays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on your location. Areas in Nairobi CBD are entailed to free delivery. Areas outside Nairobi CBD will be charged a flat rate of 750. You will be notified of the delivery fee at checkout.
  • Delivery Locations: We deliver to all locations within Nairobi County. For deliveries outside Nairobi County, please contact us for more information before ordering.
  • Delivery Process: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time. Our delivery team will contact you when they are on their way to your location. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery time and place.
  • Payment on Delivery: We accept payment on delivery for all orders in Nairobi CBD. Areas outside Nairobi CBD you will have to pay first via mobile money like MPESA or Bank before shipping is done. Cash on delivery is only acceptable for orders placed within Nairobi CBD.
