Instead of the usual gym challenge, you will join the Galaxy Expedition Team’s Survey Corps, venturing out into massive, untamed biomes to study Pokémon in their natural habitats. With a new focus on stealth, crafting, and seamless transitions from exploration to combat, Legends: Arceus offers a grand-scale, immersive experience that feels like a survival-adventure take on the world of Pokémon.

• Action Meets RPG—Catch Pokémon by observing their behaviors and sneaking through tall grass to throw a well-aimed Poké Ball. Be careful, as wild Pokémon in Hisui can be aggressive and will attack you directly!

• A New Battle Frontier—Combat remains turn-based but introduces the Agile Style and Strong Style mechanics. Use Agile Style to increase your speed and potentially take multiple turns, or Strong Style to unleash devastating power at the cost of your turn order.

• The Ancient Hisui Region—Explore diverse environments, from the lush Obsidian Fieldlands to the snowy Alabaster Icelands. Mount Coronet looms over the center of the map, holding the key to the mystery of the Mythical Pokémon Arceus.

• Crafting & Survival—No more running to the Poké Mart! Collect raw materials like Apricorns and Iron Chunks in the wild to craft your own Poké Balls, potions, and smoke bombs at base camps or using your portable crafting kit.

• Noble Pokémon & Alphas—Encounter “Alpha” Pokémon—giant, red-eyed versions of familiar species—and face off against “Nobles” in intense boss battles that require you to dodge real-time attacks while throwing specialized balms to calm them.
